2025年4月24日上午，亞太國際仲裁院（Asia Pacific International Arbitration Chamber, APIAC）香港仲裁中心（Hong Kong Arbitration Center）秘書長李欣怡、秘書長助理朱瑞漫到訪中銀（深圳）律師事務所（“中銀深圳”），雙方圍繞國際仲裁前沿動態、區域合作機遇及APIAC發展新舉措展開深入交流。權益合伙人譚岳奇律師、權益合伙人朱耀龍律師以及國際業務專業委員會主任黃海律師等其他部分律師參與會談。
會談中，李欣怡秘書長重點介紹了APIAC近年來在亞太地區的戰略布局及創新實踐。她提到，隨著粵港澳大灣區跨境經貿活動日益頻繁，國際仲裁作為高效、中立的爭議解決機制，正迎來重要發展窗口期。APIAC通過優化仲裁規則、引入數字化審理平臺及組建多元化專家庫，已為多起跨境案件提供專業化服務。
譚岳奇律師表示，粵港澳大灣區作為改革開放前沿地帶，涉外法律服務需求持續增長。近年來，中銀律所依托粵港澳區位優勢，已組建專業化國際業務團隊，深度參與多起跨境投資、貿易爭議案件。譚岳奇律師認為亞太國際仲裁的發展，有利于在國際范圍內為企業提供更加多元的法律糾紛解決機制。
此次交流為國際仲裁機構與法律服務機構深化協作奠定基礎，李欣怡秘書長表示，期待與大灣區法律界攜手推動亞太區域仲裁規則創新與實踐經驗共享，為全球商事主體提供更優質高效的爭議解決服務。在座的朱耀龍律師、黃海律師等多位律師均積極參與了討論。
Asia Pacific International Arbitration Chamber Hong Kong Arbitration Center Delegation Visits Zhongyin(Shenzhen) Law Firm
On April 24, 2025, LI Xinyi, Secretary-General of the Asia Pacific International Arbitration Chamber (APIAC) Hong Kong Arbitration Center, and ZHU Ruiman, Secretary-General Assistant, visited Zhongyin (Shenzhen) Law Firm (“Zhongyin Shenzhen”). The two parties engaged in in-depth discussions on cutting-edge trends in international arbitration, regional cooperation opportunities, and APIAC’s latest initiatives. The meeting was attended by TAN Yueqi(Vincent) and ZHU Yaolong, Equity Partners of Zhongyin Shenzhen, HUANG Hai, director of international business committee, along with other lawyers of the International Business Committee.
During the talks, Secretary-General LI Xinyi highlighted APIAC’s recent strategic initiatives and innovative practices in the Asia-Pacific region. She noted that as cross-border economic and trade activities in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area (GBA) continue to surge, and international arbitration, as an efficient and neutral dispute resolution mechanism, is becoming a pivot of opportunity. The APIAC has provided specialized services for multiple cross-border cases by refining arbitration rules, introducing digital case management platforms, and establishing a diverse panel of experts.
TAN Yueqi(Vincent) stated that GBA, as a pioneering area in China’s reform and opening-up, is experiencing growing demand for foreign-related legal services. In recent years, leveraging the GBA’s geographical advantages, Zhongyin Shenzhen has established a dedicated international business team, actively handling cross-border investment and trade disputes. TAN Yueqi(Vincent) held that the development of APIAC is conducive to globally promoting the building of various dispute resolution mechanisms for enterprises.
This exchange laid a foundation for deeper collaboration between international arbitration institutions and legal service providers across the regions. Secretary-General Li expressed her anticipation for strengthened cooperation with Shenzhen’s legal community to drive innovation in arbitration rules and share best practices across the Asia-Pacific region, ultimately delivering more efficient and high-quality dispute resolution services for global businesses. Participants including ZHU Yaolong and HAUNG Hai also actively join the discussion.
